Every one worth their salt should know how to cook a snag, prawn and burger on the BBQ. BBQ cooking class take it a little further. Not so much studying recipes, more learning the art of smoking, all the types of meat cuts available (and how best to cook them) and most importantly, stuffing your face with as much of the good stuff as possible. Set up a competition for the best plate presented over lunch and decide who truly is the ‘Iron Chef’ of the group. The Chefs are hands on and top notch and a cold beer accompanies every meal, so you can’t go wrong with this one.
