“Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get.” We can all relate to this classic line from Forrest Gump, but we do know you’re going to get a memorable (and delicious) team-building experience in this Chocolate Making class. You’ll be introduced to the sweet history of chocolate making, while discovering the fine art of tempering chocolate, and learning both traditional and modern chocolate-making techniques. The practical lesson culminates with crafting your very own chocolate creations (sure to rival Willy Wonka’s chocolate river) and of course, enjoying free samples and taking home everything you make. Although, you’ll be doing better than us if you haven’t eaten it all before then!
